Brooke McDonald

Brooke McDonald is an associate attorney at the Law Office of Victoria Wickman, specializing in medical malpractice, personal injury, and sexual abuse matters. She is licensed to practice in the State of New York as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Brooke began honing her litigation and trial skills during law school while working for a prominent Long Island firm, where she transitioned to an associate attorney upon graduation. While there, she gained extensive, high-stakes experience on multiple jury trials involving complex negligence and medical malpractice and handled sensitive cases brought under the Child Victims Act.

Brooke graduated cum laude from Binghamton University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and in Philosophy, Politics, and Law. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in May 2022, where she remains an active alumna and guest lecturer to teach practical litigation skills to the next generation of trial attorneys.
