Biography
Michael Fusco is a New York admitted attorney whose practice focuses on medical malpractice and personal injury law. He represents individuals and families harmed by negligence and is committed to providing diligent, compassionate, and results driven representation during some of the most difficult periods of their lives.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from SUNY New Paltz in 2019, a Master of Business Administration from SUNY New Paltz in 2020, and a Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2024. By combining a foundation in business with rigorous legal training, Michael is equipped to navigate the legal and financial complexities of serious injury cases.
While attending law school, Michael worked at a local law firm where he handled personal injury matters and gained practical experience with client communication, case development, and litigation preparation.
During law school, Michael co-founded and served as Treasurer of the Organization for Healthy Minds, an organization dedicated to supporting mental health within the law school community. The organization promoted a positive and healthy mindset, values that continue to inform Michael’s approach to legal advocacy.
Michael is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York Law Trial Lawyers Association and remains committed to professional excellence and continued legal education.
